Recently TREC brought the Waterfront Center back to the Tri-Cities to complete another community assessment…and to help us identify new projects and goals and opportunities for our collective future.
Cities, counties, and port districts funded TREC Studies and plans through the TCVCB…varied amounts at varied times…most recently $5,000 each for the Waterfront Center study in 2009-2010, and another $2,500 for the Tri-Cities Rivershore Master Plan update in 2010-2011.
